A drag-and-drop and keyboard-operable editor paired content entry with an immediate visual preview and client/server schema validation.

Eight purpose-built layouts

Vertical, horizontal, zigzag, radial, roadmap, Gantt, calendar, and interactive renderers made one event model useful for histories, plans, schedules, and exploration.

Dashboard, ownership & self-publishing

Signed-in creators gained a dashboard, edit flow, private drafts, and direct publishing under the platform's shared identity.

Safe guest creation & moderation

Guests can create without an account using privacy-preserving hashed identity and rate limits; public visibility remains gated by an admin moderation trail.

Native PNG, JPG & PDF export

Headless Chromium reuses the live renderer for faithful exports. A short-lived, server-signed render grant now authorizes the internal render request, so an owner-authorized pending/private export can no longer return a 404 artifact.

Platform navigation & production launch

TimelineAI joined the shared app shell and platform switcher, shipped behind Caddy on tlai.asafarim.com, and gained polished public metadata.

Examples, gallery & discovery

Eight seeded examples, a public gallery, curated layout/theme choices, and platform project listings made the product understandable before a visitor creates anything.

MVP accessibility & end-to-end evidence

Automated accessibility checks and real guest, authenticated, and admin journeys completed the twelve-phase MVP with documented architectural decisions.

TimelineAI becomes a Testora target

The platform's own test-orchestration app gained local and production TimelineAI targets, turning cross-product regression coverage into part of the operating model.
